Details of your enquiry: Hi Ref 5223697 the report of a noisy drain outside 143 Longford Lane, GL2 9HD. This was repoeted 17/11/23. Please can i have an update on thr repair. This was reported 3.5 months ago and is extremely noisy. Two previous reports have been closed but the issue is ongoing, please advise.

If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
