I reported the bollard had been knocked down and the blocked paving was being picked out by children, I have the post by the hedge in the front of my house 30 Boughton Way, yesterday highways came and just filled in the hole with tarmac no post replaced, it does not look good as the area is all blocked paved, please tell me this is just a temporary measure as the reflective bollard on this road calming circle needs replacing. Unhappy council tax payer a very shoddy job, I have already spoken to Alistair Chambers about this. Carole Vining
