Traffic lights take too long to change and wait light not working

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5691644.

Stroud road/park end road crossroad. Wait light does not illuminate and traffic lights causing queues on daily basis. At busy times these queues can be over 100m long in all directions
