Buttons on crossing not working

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5587965.

The crossing in front of cambridge memorials on stroud road prior to the seymour road turning. The buttons on 2 boxes do not work. They are both on the one side of the road so makes crossing unsafe and difficult. They have been like this for couple of wks
