Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5552363.
The public right of way runs from city Bank road along the front of the houses in city Bank view to the entrance to that allotments, every time it rains the ruts on path fill with water and prevent access to front gates of properties. The public right of way footpath surface hasn't been maintained since council adopted it. It is now filling with water across the whole path, it has gotten worse over the years preventing walking along this stretch and making it difficult for postman as well
