Webbing-like strap tied across bridleway

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction caused by fence category anonymously at 19:56, Friday 19 January 2024

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5466186.

This is on the Warden's Way, which is a bridleway, so horses, bikes and walkers may use it. As a walker, I was able to duck under it but anyone with mobility issues or a heavy backpack may not be able to. Could cause injury to cyclist or horse/rider. I haven't used this right of way for some months, so do not know how long the obstruction has been there.
