Street lights are not working

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5455759.

One light out In the road that runs alongside churchdown club from church road, up to the car park, and I think two not working in the car park itself. It is very dark particularly on the access road making it a hazard for pedestrians walking to or from the car park at night. These lights have not been working all winter I believe.
