Misuse of footpath

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5454508.

Prow is across field but up to 100 people a day are ignoring footpath and walking around perimeter of field allowing dogs to mess all over field and worry sheep and wildlife in this field, bagged dogs mess is daily dropped around perimeter of field causing danger to wildlife and livestock. The prow markings do not sign the correct path
