Flooding

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5425436.
At this time of the year this section of path floods. It is caused by water flowing down a gully that covers the path. It is extremely difficult to walk around it and the water is to deep to safely walk through it.
