Pathway narrowed due to mature hedge

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction caused by tree category anonymously at 09:37, Wed 20 December 2023

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5340146.

In the picture the right side of the path is obscured by leaves and mud. The hedge is well kept, but comes out at least a foot further than it should narrowing the path. This narrowing continues further down the path beyond the railing at the bend, almost completely covering the cycle path. The hedge needs to be cut back to reveal the verge. This is a heavily used path at school in/out time and makes it hard to walk when facing a flow of people coming from the other direction.
