email rcvd 12.12.23 - Good afternoon,

Please see attached a MapSearch Snapshot. We are enquiring as to whether the footpath highlighted blue is maintainable at the public expense, and if not, who is responsible for maintaining it. Please could you advise how we can obtain this information.

    Should the issue pose an immediate danger to public safety such as:-
    •Objects on the highway network (i.e. a fallen tree)
    •Faulty temporary or permanent traffic lights (i.e. stuck on red)
    •Exposed cables
