Tree overgrowth preventing streetlights reaching pavement, Pedestrian safety impacted, crime rife and people loitering in darkness. No streetlights so highways lights are the only source but tree overgrowth preventing light reaching pavement as you can see in photos (in spite of recent lighting upgrades).
