3 major street lights not working

One street light in Keynshambury Road is out, together with one street light on north side of London Road, opposite Keynshambury Road, as well as adjacent light not working on north side of London Road opposite Keynsham Road. All 3 lights failed last week, coincidentally when main electric supply was being installed into the new flats on corner of Keynshambury Rd/ London Road, indicating it could be a triangular circuit of 3.
