Footpath completely impassable because of dense undergrowth. A recurring problem ignored by landowners

In King's Stanley narrow footpath opposite St George's Church . Its been a recurring problem for overv2 years. The parish footpath warden and South District Cotswold wardens work parties have cleared this on a number of occasions but feel landowners are shirking their responsibilities
