Light is permanently out

2 no. streetlights are out on the path leading from Estcourt Road to Plock Court playing fields. The first light is by the dog waste bin immediately past the turn off to the university. The second light is the next in line, thus leaving a lengthy stretch in darkness and a security risk especially to female students using the sports facility.
