Loose/rattling cover/ironwork problem

email rcvd 05.12.23 - I have two drains right next to the house that are filling up with leaves and I would like to get them cleared. I would have thought that this would have been done when the road drains are emptied, but to my knowledge this has never been done (the property was built in 2014).
