Public footpath/ access being used for non approved reasons.

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5288103.

The holiday let’s ref: 18/02378/Ful are being used as a single domestic dwelling. The access to this dwelling is off the main road, on the route of the footpath, and has been altered to accomodate a driveway which does not conform to the Planning Approval given. Both the permitted use and access which was supposed to be from the existing golf club entrance do not conform. This has been happening for sometime, and was notified to CDC early August.
