Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5269348.
Footpath illegally fenced by electric fencing preventing access completely. Sheep are currently in the field, but the entire footpath is ringfenced by electric fencing preventing access to walkers.
