Street light out above the steps leading to Nelson St.

The street light in Parliament Street Car Park above the steps on the Nelson Street exit is out. It has been out for several weeks now. I park in the carpark daily. In the evenings it is impossible to see the steps as I go home (I live in Nelson St.) The light is out and the reflective edges to several steps are missing. I have twice mis-stepped and I am concerned that it is a matter of time before someone has a significant injury.
