Temporary lights around nothing

Reported via mobile in the Light head is facing wrong direction category anonymously at 15:59, Fri 17 November 2023

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5224657.

Friday 17/11/23 at 12 midday and 2.30pm, lights set up and working correctly but no work going on. Coned off section of road completely drivable and no works happening on the pavement or verge either.
