Reported via Open311 in the Loose/rattling cover/ironwork category by Gloucestershire County Council at 12:12, Mon 13 November 2023
FixMyStreet ref: 5205176.
Customers wife started the phone call to enquire when the loose and load drain cover will be fixed. Customer was very angry with the constant noise and had enough of nothing being done. Customer ended up taking the phone from his wife and ending the phone call politely requesting that the issue be fixed, as it had been keeping them up by banging when driven over at night. The constant naging has seriously unsettling them both.
