Damage to the gully, payment crumbling, entrance to Westcon

Reported via desktop in the Other damage to pavement i.e. cobbles, raised mound/surface category anonymously at 08:42, Mon 6 November 2023

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5178170.

The tarmac has collapsed into the gully causing the covers to drop in, this is a risk to any cars entering the premises and we have had a few near trip misses. This has been reported before, the first response was that it was Westcons responsibility, according to our lease, this does dont belong to the premises, the second response was that it was not deemed bad enough to do anything about. This has since worsened. Please can this be fixed as it is getting worse by the day and we are worried someone will hurt themselves or cause damage to vehicle tyres. Thanks
