Tree is damaged problem

The trees are now overhanging this wall quite badly and are blocking light to our parking area which is a safety issue when we have members of our team arriving and leaving the office during darker hours.
I have attached a photo for you.
I would be grateful if you could please look into this matter for us and get back to me.
