Obstruction caused by wall/building problem

Steps have been blocked off for safety reasons, the ramp has been left open but now those are having a similar issue. Customer is worried about the safety of this in the near future and if this is closed, this will impact the residents who use it to get to the other side or Moreton. Is there anything PROW can do to help or offer advice? Customer is happy to be contacted about this.
