Dangerous damaged manhole cover

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5090927.

Off A48, approx 30 yards along road to Bullo Pill. Large chamber access cover approx 600 x 900mm by side of road has been displaced and damaged. There is a serious risk to traffic and pedestrians falling into the chamber.
