Path misused by unlawful users problem

Vehicles driving down the footpath. Lack of signage and a post to stop cars from driving down the footpath.
Residents are concerned about unlawful access to the fields running alongside the footpath.
The footpath is used by Dogwalker’s, people and children walking to school and mobility scooters.
